How long does setup take?
Setup takes under an hour: add your courts, build one weekly schedule template, and apply it across them. During early access we do it with you.
Can you migrate our existing bookings and customers?
Yes. We move your courts, customer profiles and upcoming bookings across at no cost during early access.
What does Courtsy cost?
Pricing is quoted per facility based on how many courts you run. We'll walk through it together on the demo call.
Are we locked into a contract?
No. There's no long-term commitment.
Does Courtsy work in French?
Fully. The entire interface and every error message exist in English and French, and each user picks their own language — which matters for facilities serving Quebec.
Can it handle half-courts and shared surfaces?
Yes. Courts can be split into A and B halves, grouped by sport, and tagged by amenity. Courtsy prevents double-booking automatically.
